Before You Apply
1. Learn more about the miscellaneous license for Motor Vehicle Dealer at Business Facilitation Services. Contact the agency if you need help.
2. Register as online user here. Read the instructions carefully before you apply.
3. Fill up and submit the online user registration form. Please remember your user ID and Password to login into Business Facilitation Services to enable you to start using the online services. You will receive a notification by email once your online user registration is approved.
Applying For Miscellaneous License for Motor Vehicle
4. Login into Business Facilitation Services using your ID and Password.
5. Select Promotion and under application, select Motor Vehicle.
6. Fill up and submit the online application form.
Upon Successful Application
6. Receive an email notification about the approval.
7. Go to the office of MIPR to collect your miscellaneous license.
