Before You Apply
1. Learn more about the available sites for industrial activity at www.bina.gov.bn. Contact the agency if you need help.
2. Register as online user here. Read the instructions carefully before you apply.
3. Fill up and submit the online user registration form. Please remember your user ID and Password to login into Business Facilitation Services to enable you to start using the online services. You will receive a notification by email once your online user registration is approved.
Applying For Industrial Sites
4. Login into Business Facilitation Services and select application for Industrial Activity Project under BINA.
5. Fill up and submit the online application form.
Upon Successful Application
6. Receive an email notification about the approval.
7. Go to the office of Brunei Industrial Development Authority (BINA) to collect your approval letter.
