Red Tide Announcement
A Statement Issued By The Department Of Fisheries, Ministry Of Industry And Primary Resources States That:
As A Result Of Continuous Monitoring, Analyses By The Department Of Fisheries. No Red Tide Organisms Have Been Found In Brunei Waters.
The Department Of Fisheries Hereby Declares That Brunei Waters Are Now Free From The Red Tide Organisms And Are Safe For Fishing, Diving And Swimming Activities In Brunei Waters. As A Precautionary Measure, Public Is Adviced To Completely Remove All Guts, Gills And Internal Organs Of Fish Before Cooking For Fishes Such As Rumahan, Tamanong, Tamban, Aur-Aur Or The Like Of Unknown Origin.
